Could you introduce yourself by sharing your name, prior experience, and current role within your company? Additionally, please briefly explain your company's mission and what it offers to its customers.

My name is Vincent, and I’m the founder of Decod3rs.

Before starting Decod3rs, I was the CTO of multiple startups and sold our most recent one to a giant in the HR industry in 2022. Since then, we have been focused on growing Decod3rs, the first Watch-to-Earn YouTube channel. Our mission is simple: to align the financial incentives between content creators and their communities through Web3. We produce at least three business-related shows weekly, rewarding our holders for their time with $VIEWS. With $VIEWS, holders can engage in our ecosystem (marketplace, trait swaps, sponsorship, etc.) and participate in developing our media platform.

We are building a new business model for the media industry.

How has your company grown and changed since its inception, and what do you have planned for its future?

We have built our audience, launched our NFT collection and created a full ecosystem around the Watch-to-Earn meta. While focusing on content creation, we want to help early creators to grow faster. We are proof that our concept works. Now, we can scale it up, offer our services to other channels, and even replicate it on Twitch, Kick and any Web3 video hosting platforms. We are creating a new form of media. There's much to do.

What inspired you to develop Decod3rs, and how did you conceive of the idea?

After I sold my company, I wanted to do something in Web3 - I could not imagine doing anything else; something I’m good at - building a company from 0 to 1; and something new - content creation. Decod3rs is at the crossroads of Web3, content creation, and software engineering. With the bear market, the timing was perfect.

We had enough time to build the initial traction, draw the NFT collection, and develop the audience.

Everything clicked. The media industry is broken. Web3 offers specific capabilities to fix it.

Can you provide insight into Decod3rs’s progress by sharing any metrics or milestones indicating its traction?

In less than a year, we have produced over 600 videos, gained 10,000 subscribers, and amassed over 500,000 views on YouTube. 

Regarding revenue, we are still at the pre-revenue stage and aim to capture an even larger audience before further developing our Web3-friendly media platform.

Can you provide insight into the target market for Decod3rs and what types of clients you work with?

Our customers are the project founders who need to communicate to their Web3 audience. In other words, every businessman in Web3.

How does your company utilize QuickNode, and what benefits does it bring to your business operations?

We use QuickNode for every transaction we execute on Solana and avoid timing out. Without QuickNode, there is no Decod3rs.
