QuickNode Accelerator - Diamondz Shadow Movies

We’re excited to spotlight Diamondz Shadow Movies, a media-first chain blending Web2 familiarity with Web3 infrastructure to reshape how communities engage with entertainment. Led by filmmaker and developer Diamondz Crews, the project aims to tokenize film, gaming, and real-world experiences, starting with its own flagship game and stablecoin. Since joining the QuickNode Rollup Accelerator, the team has leveled up its technical playbook, security model, and community-building strategy.

1. Who are you, and what’s the mission behind Diamondz Shadow Movies?

I’m Diamondz Crews — founder, filmmaker, screenwriter, and developer. Our core team includes:

• Daniel East – Real-world assets developer
• Alexander Downing – Sound and audio editor
• Xavier Banks – Published fashion model and game mission designer
• Mark Jeremiah – Cinematographer and scriptwriter
• Zakiyah Johnson – Events and promotions
• Khalilah Johnson – Blogging and marketing strategist

We all come from strong media and production backgrounds. Our mission is to introduce Web2 media communities to Web3 in a way that feels natural and accessible — not overwhelming.

We recognize that Web3 is rapidly becoming the foundation of future technology. Yet, most people still only associate it with buzzwords like Bitcoin and Ethereum, without understanding the deeper utility.

Through our think tanks, we envision a society fully immersed in Web3, but with the seamless user experience of Web2 — something intuitive enough for our grandparents to use, and powerful enough to help them build generational wealth for their grandchildren.

2. What drew you to QuickNode’s Rollup Accelerator, and how has it shaped your journey so far?

Our decision to apply was driven by three key factors:

1. A deep desire to build something truly different in the Web3 space.
2. Our research and hands-on testing using QuickNode’s tools, which significantly enhanced our understanding of blockchain infrastructure.
3. The realization that—despite what we had built—we still had a lot to learn.

We were already exploring launchpads and incubators when we came across QuickNode’s Rollup Accelerator. It felt like the perfect alignment—right place, right time, with the right partner.

Since joining, the accelerator has elevated our project’s longevity, visibility, and performance across the board. The impact has been massive—not just in educational growth, but in real-world application and execution.

3. What’s been the highlight of your experience in the accelerator over the past few weeks?

The biggest highlight for us has been diving deep into chain mechanics and understanding the tools needed to operate a successful rollup. One standout moment was learning how to approach DEXs for integration on our chain. That segment alone sparked a wave of strategic ideas and reshaped how we think about network growth and partnerships.

We also gained invaluable insight into gas token management and the tokenomics behind other builder chains, which gave us a clearer view of the landscape we’re stepping into.

We’ve been designing a game protocol to run on our chain, but before this accelerator, we lacked the confidence to integrate Web3 tools effectively. Now, we’ve expanded our understanding by miles—and that’s thanks to QuickNode.

4. What key milestones have you hit during the program, and what lessons have stuck with you?

One major milestone was making our testnet experience just as engaging as our mainnet. That forced us to treat every layer of the user journey seriously. Security became a top priority—we had to rethink how we build protocols with user safety baked in from the start.

Another huge win was discovering Bandit.Network. Their marketing injection was next-level. Through their partnerships, we were able to bring our community-building goals to life. For us, marketing is the heartbeat of the project—without it, nothing else moves. Learning about Bandit and integrating that strategy into our approach was a game-changer. On its own, it’s powerful. Combined with our other tools, it makes our campaign feel unstoppable.

5. What’s next for Diamondz Shadow Movies, and how do you plan to make waves in Web3?

We’ve mapped out a four-phase roadmap to build Diamondz Shadow into a full-fledged entertainment ecosystem powered by blockchain. Each phase is designed to stack value—from infrastructure to industry-wide impact:
