Q & A with Kyros 👇

1. Who are you, and what’s the mission behind KYROS?

Kyros is a DeFi ecosystem that utilises AI to make trading a smooth and efficient experience for the user. Gone are the days of having to take time to research a token before buying in. With Kyros, anything you want to know is instantly accessible without even leaving the chart. Here at Kyros, the user’s opinions matter most. We want to produce an ecosystem that caters to everyone’s needs and desires, whilst ensuring easy access and usability across all features. Our AI is like nothing you've experienced before. Imagine being able to just ask the question, “How many bundles are there?” and having the information relayed back to you in seconds, without having to leave the chart whatsoever.

2. What drew you to QuickNode’s Rollup Accelerator and how has it shaped your journey so far?

What drew us to QuickNode’s Rollup accelerator was the opportunity to build alongside a network of serious builders whose values align closely with our own. At Kyros, we dream big, and the rollup accelerator has greatly helped us to understand the steps in making our dream a reality. Through the accelerator, we have understood and improved our marketing skills and refined how to deliver value to our users. The accelerator has also given us lots of opportunities in the way of funding and networking which will greatly benefit us in growing as a company and ensuring our project maintains customer satisfaction especially in its early release. It’s helped shape Kyros not just as a company, but as a long-term ecosystem that could benefit all.

  1. What’s been the highlight of your experience in the accelerator over the past few weeks?

The accelerator experience had many invaluable experiences; however, the stand-out moment came from the investor pitching session . Prior to the session, we thought we had a reasonable pitch, but if I’m honest, it was only after the session that we realized the value we had not communicated clearly. refined how to It was really challenging us to go deeper and not only refine what we were saying, but how we were saying it. A big shoutout to Carl for running that session with such vitaliy and clarity. He was incredibly structured, decomposing everything into steps we could take, creating a space that felt collaborative and loose, and genuinely. If this ever finds you Carl, thanks man;) Another unexpected highlight was the community support in many tangible and often little ways along the way, including the perks of the credits to store. It may seem intangible, but it clearly demonstrates that this isn’t a program immersed in understanding technology, but rather it’s about the people. Moreover, it does matter who you are creating with, and having people who genuinely care about your work makes all the difference when you are trying to put something like KyrosAI into the world.

4. What key milestones have you hit during the program, and what lessons have stuck with you?

When we first started the accelerator, we completely changed our approach to work. Beforehand, we were moving quickly, but we were building quite chaotically; like many early-stage teams, we were focused on getting things done, but we weren't always focused on getting them done the right way. In the program, we learned how to approach things with a lot more structure, clarity, and long-term thinking. We moved away from quick fixes and started building scalable and maintainable systems. Before that, it required us to rethink a lot of our internal processes, from team coordination to product development, and we started to behave like a real company rather than a project. Quicknode accelerator 3This shift had a natural impact on the timelines we had presented initially, but in a good way. We’ve made unprecedented strides to improve the backend of our application, tweak and refine the user experience, and prepare for scale. And the most significant milestone so far? We are in the final stages of preparation to launch the KyrosAI app -just about to go live very soon and it is a certified first step for everything that will follow!

5. What’s next for KYROS, and how do you plan to make waves in Web3?

The next step for Kyros is launching our app and developing the Kyros ecosystem around it. The app will release with full support for Solana, BNB, and Ethereum, although more will be added in the near future. Whilst we have lots of exciting plans for the future of Kyros and tools that are already set to be implemented soon after release, we ultimately want this to be for the people. So the next steps for Kyros are down to you!
